bathroom fixtures are normally connected to a tank. Water can be stored there for sometime before it is fully used. so the water isnt clean to filter it only.

Pur and Brita filters aren't compatible. If you want a 3 stage, you'll have to get a Pur filter.

thats so stupid because water comes out of the filter and you drink that, but pee comes out of your urinary system and you only drink that if you're bear grylls

I'm sure if you asked the Brita people they would say no. Those filers are only intended to improve water that is already drinkable, not filter non-potable water. There are filters that would probably work, ones made for untreated water supplies, but again I'm not sure the manufacturer is going to say so.
