In this segment, ATETV host Caroline Botelho tours a water desalination plant with an ATE student and learns about career opportunities in water ...

Need info on microbiological analysis for drinking water?

For example: different types of analyisis for identifying e. coli or p. aeruginosa and othe waterbourne microorganisms in drinking water.

There are lots of standard methods for identifying bacteria and determining their presence in water. You need to search online for water quality analysis methods and bacteriology.
Some of these methods are fairly simple to do, but they require a little practice and training. Most universities have courses in Microbiology that will teach you how to do this.

Ifyou live in any part of the developed world then in your neighborhood there is probably a lab carrying out these tests on a daily basis. The water department in our neighborhood has a tour and you can go in and see how the technicians do the tests.
There arent that many people interested in this stuff, so they are usually happy to have visitors! hahaha!

To make adaptation of the water filtering chemicals.

Will drinking lots of water & cranberry juice today help me pass a urine analysis test tomorrow morning?

I'm using a 16 oz cup, drinking one full of cranberry juice, then one full of water, alternating back and forth.
I'm using a 16 oz cup, drinking one full of cranberry juice, then one full of water, alternating back and forth. I just need to flush THC, nothing else.

Better shave your head too, sometimes they take a hair sample because it can be detected more easily and shows how regularly you use it.

  • You May Be Unknowingly Drinking Water Contaminated With Weed ...

One of the nation's most widely-used herbicides has been found to exceed federal safety limits in drinking water in four states, but water customers have not been told and the Environmental Protection Agency has not published the results. ~ Video

Records that tracked the amount of the weed-killer atrazine in about 150 watersheds from 2003 through 2008 were obtained by the Huffington Post Investigative Fund under the Freedom of Information Act. An analysis found that yearly average levels of atrazine in drinking water violated the federal standard at least ten times in communities in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kansas, all states where farmers rely heavily on the herbicide.

In addition, more than 40 water systems in those states showed spikes in atrazine levels that normally would have triggered automatic notification of customers. In none of those cases were residents alerted.

In interviews, EPA officials did not dispute the data but said they do not consider atrazine a health hazard and said they did not believe the agency or state authorities had failed to properly inform the public. "We have concluded that atrazine does not cause adverse effects to humans or the environment," said Steve Bradbury, deputy office director of the EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs.

Trace Mineral Lithium Substantially Reduces Suicides when Present ...

    David Gutierrez

(Natural News) - Trace amounts of lithium in drinking water may reduce a population’s suicide rates, according to an analysis conducted by researchers from the universities of Oita and Hiroshima, Japan, and published in the British Journal of Psychiatry.

But mental health advocates warned against adopting plans to add the element to public drinking water supplies, as in controversial water fluoridation programs.

Lithium is a naturally occurring element that has long been used for the treatment of bipolar disorder. Unlike conventional antidepressants, lithium stabilizes moods at both extremes of the spectrum — depression and mania. Research conducted on data collected in the 1980s has previously suggested that communities with higher concentrations of lithium in their tap water might have lower suicide rates than communities with lower levels.
