Ok I weigh 105 and I know your suppossed to drink half your weight in water a day..so that would mean I need to drink 52.5 ounces but before dinner time I already have that much drunk and then I have three more glasses during the evening..is this bad? Am I drinking too much?

a good rule of thumb is 8-10 glasses of water a day.
anything over that is good
anything below 10 litres and you're not going to do your body any harm, anything above this isn't going to do much harm, shouldn't really be an issue
the more water, the better.

I've been a fan of wine for a long time. I have many friends that say wine is great, because after drinking wine, you can drink water, and get drunker or drunk again. Or after a night of drinking wine, in the morning if you drink water, you'll get drunk again.

Being an avid wine fan, I have yet to ever experience this amazing phenomenon. So, is it true, and if so, why does it work.

We have just purchased a home with a salt water softener. The water is all foamy and cloudy when it comes out of the faucet and there is no bypass - ALL the water in the house runs through it. There are 4 of us and 3 pets. Is it healthy/safe to drink softened water or should we get a water cooler for drinking and cooking?

If it has a water purifier than it's fine, however the softener has just that in it, softener. I recommend the PUR system that hooks onto your faucet. They even have the one that has flavored cartridges so you can drink both plain and flavored. It's available at Target for about $50. It's alot cheaper than buying bottled water which runs around $5 for every 24 bottles you buy. Hope this helps!;)

P.S. Water has flouride but you can get flouride in ACT mouthwash now. It's more important for you to drink water that's purified than to worry about flouride. I've been in dental for almost 20 yrs and the ACT is wonderful and you only use it once a day, preferrably before bed.

I have noticed that my 5-gallon fish tank loses water as the weeks go by. This causes the water level to go below the top of the filtration unit, which causes less water to get filtrated. That's why I want to put more water.

I can't use tap water because my dechlorination tablets are for ten gallons of water and I need to put in less than half a gallon.

Will it be safe for my fish if I put in Ozarka drinking water?

Bottled drinking water will often still have chlorine or chloramines in it, which are toxic for fish. Your best bet is to get a big bucket and put in 5 or 2.5 gallons of water and then break one of your tablets in half or into quarters and drop it in. Then top off your tank with that water whenever it needs it.

I always drink from the wall mounted drinking water fountain at my workplace. Recently, I have been feeling sick. Perhaps the water fountain made me sick? For the past two days, there has been a water bubble sticking out of the water hole of the fountain.

Can you get sick or injured from drinking water from a wall mounted drinking water fountain?

Your workplace has a water fountain? Wow, those are about as rare as phone booths. You'd be better off drinking tap water from your own drinking glass or just bringing in bottled water.

It would be much more sanitary if your employer got rid of the fountain and got a chiller/dispenser and a bottled water service.
