I hate to burst your bubble, but *every* water bottler that produces "purified" or "distilled" water products uses tap water as a raw ingredient. The water is extensively purified, filtered, and disinfected prior to bottling, so the water in those bottles is significantly purer and safer than the stuff that comes out of the tap.
If you want to drink water that has never been through a municipal water system, you will need to confine your bottled water consumption to products labeled "spring water" or "artesian water". In order to qualify for those labels, the water inside must come from a certified natural ground source. There are also rules in place about how much purification can be done to the water to make it safe for human consumption.

I have a spring on a piece of land in North Georgia that I currently had the water tested. The water is pure w/ no detectable contaminants. I've searched online and cannot for the life of me find where or who to contact in regards to selling the water. I'm just looking for a company that would be interested in purchasing it from me, and then do the bottling on their own.
Anyone done this before or know of a contact for me to get in touch with?
You might try the established water bottlers such as Aqua Fina and such. With all the news about water companies just using regular municipality water in their bottles, seems to me one of them would jump at the chance to offer some pure natural spring water with no detectable comtaminants. Maybe they could create an upper-class spin off product using your water and they already have the established contacts and experience they need to get the job done. Look at product bottles for some contact information, and reach out to them that way or gather their names and perhaps with some internet digging you can find who in their companies to contact. CWB is Connelly Skis, which is a reputable brand. Liquid Force is considered a better brand as well. I prefer Hyperlite myself. Check out evogear and grizzlysports on ebay for good deals and reliable sellers. grizzly accepts almost any reasonable offer, Up to 35% depending on the item. Another good site is boardersmall.com. What they are saying is that, although no chemicals were added, no chemicals or minerals were taken out of the water that may have already been there when the water was bottled.
The water tastes different because the soil composition is different than the soil in your area. The make-up of the soil has a lot to do with how water tastes because water picks up trace minerals as it is filtered through the soil as it makes its way to aquifers, streams, rivers, ponds and lakes.
