I am an engineer of water treatment. I read an article about coagulation. One of the agent is "PURE COAGULANT" I think it is name of coagulant manufactured by a certain company.
Please inform me what the " Pure Cagulant" or manufacturer's name.

I believe you may be mistaken about the text of the article, though I can see how it might have come about.

There seems to be no evidence of the existance a specific chemical called 'Pure Coagulant'. This term is, however, referred to in a variety of articles discussing various coagulant agents, particularly when they discuss the dosage involved for tests or use. Obviously, if you're adding a chemical to an existing body of water, it matters whether the stuff you're using is pure or a more dilute mixture!

Below is just one example of a new coagulant where they mention using doses of 'pure coagulant', though in this case the coagulant is a specific chemical called ACTIFLO.

Reclaiming treated waste water, are there any plants in the USA that produces hydrogen from this wastewater, using the hydrogen to power the plant to make potable water. Essentially making water for free, the byproduct being heat and pure water.

Making hydrogen for reuse as energy will never be 100% efficient and today it is highly highly highly (get the point) uneconomical. Until the science improves, no water treatment plant would ever consider this method.

Water from boreholes is not always safe for drinking. It depends where the water comes from, and what contaminants may be in the soil feeding into the water table.

Again, different water supplies have different processes to treat drinking water, but generally, include removing sediment, several stages of filtration, ion exchange to remove metals and other chemicals, the removal of organic contaminants, and disinfecting - adding chlorine, etc. The water is then tested to check the quality.

Pure water contains less than 10 parts per million (mg/litre) of total undisolved solids (TDS) or impurities. Until 1999, the maximum permitted levels of TDS in tap water were 500. Today, the limit has been relaxed to 1500ppm! . Tap water is still fit to drink, but still contains permitted impurities including metals, chemicals, oestrogens, herbicides, pesticides, nitrates, fluoride and, of chlorine. The costs are too high for us to be able to receive pure tap water, but not much is known about the future effects of some of these impurities on our health, eg. traces of drugs such as contraceptives etc that go back into our water.

Not de-ionised or purified, just plain old distilled? I know you can get it on the net but its 15 quid for 5L! Also the water is for beauty treatments so it can't contain anything else like the stuff they use for engines etc.
No its not the same as boiled, distilled is basically the evaporated water from boiling water. But I want it to buy so I know it isn't contaminated :)

Most chemists stock it, or will order it for you ( most chemists have deliveries twice daile, so you wouldn't have to wait long), and here in Cyprus....it can always be found in supermarkets...in the section where they sell washing powder, fabric softener etc ( we have to use it in steam irons!!!)
