I have an asphalt driveway that butts up to the block of the house. There is a "small" gap in the filler along the block leaking water into the basement. There is also a low spot that pools water. I am adding a larger capacity downspout to move water faster. What is the best product to fill that gap?

Ive sealed inset hose bibbs, sealed trench drain, sealed gaps between a patio and a house, Ive even set ceramic tile with it on a hot tub.
Its a glazing caulk (commercial windows)
oh and I caulked a bath tub that had a 1/2 inch gap between the tub and the wall.
It lasted 20 years
It even comes in colors and I get it at home depot
but it sticks to what ever it touches, so be cautious
